Responsibilities

- Support daily operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and ticketing.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve guest inquiries.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and local regulations.
- Flexibly cover shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
Qualifications
- Must currently possess a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to obtain one.
- Basic English proficiency (verbal and written) is required for communication.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food & beverage is a plus but not required.
- Valid ID and documentation for employment eligibility.
