Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold or be eligible for an H2B Nonimmigrant Worker Visa.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods standing or walking.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
