Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in resort amenities and guest areas
- Assist with event setup, guest check-ins, and facility maintenance
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments accurately
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status with authorized work authorization
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for 3-6 month seasonal commitment
