Responsibilities
- Perform general agricultural duties, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops (corn, soybeans, wheat, etc.).
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Monitor crop health and identify potential pest or disease issues.
- Perform manual labor in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
- Follow safety protocols and instructions from farm managers.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship (Valid Passport and previous agricultural experience required).
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor for long hours.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Basic understanding of agricultural processes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to communicate in English (basic to intermediate).
