Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of seasonal crops, including soybeans and cotton.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment safely.
- Load, unload, and sort harvested goods for transport.
- Follow strict safety protocols and farm management instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
- Assist with general farm maintenance and irrigation tasks.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2A Visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments for extended periods.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Previous experience in agriculture or farming is highly preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
