Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, etc.)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (corn, soybeans, vegetables)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Perform irrigation system maintenance and water management
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packaging
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Document daily farming activities and inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional agricultural experience
- Valid driver's license and machinery operation certification
- Physical ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Kansas City area
- Clean background check and drug-free
