Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting and packing duties
- Operate irrigation systems and farm equipment safely
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers under supervision
- Maintain field hygiene and sanitation standards

- Follow all OSHA and farm safety protocols
- Participate in team-based field operations
Qualifications
