Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops (cotton, pecans, and chiles).
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport agricultural products to storage or processing facilities.
- Maintain farm equipment and clean work areas to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
- Assist in packing and grading produce according to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid H2A visa or be eligible to receive sponsorship.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Basic understanding of agricultural processes and machinery.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
