Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (berries, vegetables)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain crop health through irrigation and pest control
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with general farm maintenance duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in agricultural fieldwork
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
