Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in various weather conditions.
- Operate farm machinery, tractors, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect, clean, and perform minor maintenance on agricultural equipment.
- Follow strict safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Package, label, and load harvested goods for transport.
- Assist with general farm maintenance and site cleanup.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or currently holding a valid H2A Visa.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and during peak harvest seasons.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate standard farm equipment.
- Valid government-issued identification and work authorization documents.
