- Operate and maintain heavy agricultural machinery and equipment safely.
- Monitor crop health and apply fertilizers or pesticides under supervision.
- Collaborate with crew leads to ensure optimal workflow and production targets are met.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility is mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive outdoor tasks.
- Basic English proficiency is required for safety communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
