Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment safely.
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Assist in the sorting, grading, and packaging of produce.
- Work collaboratively with the farm crew to meet production targets.
- Perform general farm maintenance and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa or eligibility to work in the United States.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or labor is preferred but not required.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and flexible schedules.
