Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest agricultural products according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery, tractors, and irrigation systems.
- Perform manual labor tasks including weeding, thinning, and pruning.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Assist in loading and transporting crops to storage or packing facilities.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa sponsorship eligibility is required.
- Minimum of 6 months of prior agricultural work experience.
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor in outdoor environments.
- Willingness to work early mornings and weekends during harvest season.
- Basic English communication skills.
