Responsibilities

- Load and unload produce onto trucks and pallets efficiently.
- Operate basic agricultural machinery safely and according to safety protocols.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure high-quality work standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
