Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including harvesting, planting, weeding, and tending to crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect crops for quality and identify potential pests or diseases.
- Load, unload, and pack harvested produce for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety regulations and supervisor instructions strictly.
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments for extended periods.
