Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain farm cleanliness and equipment safety protocols
- Assist with planting, weeding, and field maintenance tasks
- Adhere to food safety and environmental regulations
- Participate in team-based farming operations
- Report crop conditions and maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (foreign national seeking temporary agricultural work)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
