Responsibilities
- Harvest, pick, cut, lift, and move farm products, such as fruits and vegetables, by hand or using tools.
- Load harvested crops onto trucks or wagons.
- Remove debris and weeds from fields to prepare for planting.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and sprayers, safely.
- Monitor crop health and report any issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform general farm maintenance as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically capable of performing heavy manual labor for 10+ hours a day.
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility to work in the United States.
- Basic English proficiency for safety communication.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
