Responsibilities
- Operate farm equipment including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (lettuce, peppers, tomatoes)
- Maintain crop quality through precise pruning and sorting techniques
- Apply integrated pest management protocols under supervision
- Monitor irrigation systems and adjust water usage for optimal growth
- Adhere to strict food safety and workplace safety standards
- Document daily farm activities and crop progress
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet production targets
Qualifications
