Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest diverse vegetable crops
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Maintain crop health through weeding, pruning, and pest control
- Handle post-harvest processing and packing
- Adhere to food safety and organic certification standards
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and monitoring
- Participate in daily farm safety briefings
Qualifications
- Valid H-2A visa or eligibility for H-2A program
- Minimum 6 months prior farm experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic understanding of English for safety communications
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No criminal record with clean background check
- Valid international passport
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
