Responsibilities
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, harvesters) for crop cultivation
- Plant, irrigate, and maintain diverse agricultural fields
- Harvest crops according to quality standards and timelines
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers safely using proper equipment
- Inspect crops for pests/diseases and implement control measures
- Maintain farm cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to OSHA and agricultural safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial farming/agriculture
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Basic English communication skills required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
