Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (lettuce, peppers, herbs)
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and packing procedures
- Apply integrated pest management techniques
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols (GAP/HACCP)
- Participate in irrigation system maintenance
- Document daily farm activities in digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Active H2A visa status with valid work authorization
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (farm equipment operation)
- Basic English proficiency for safety communications
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts during peak harvest
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Henderson, NV worksite
