Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop harvesting, planting, and maintenance
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and packing procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards
- Assist in irrigation system management and field maintenance
- Work efficiently in various weather conditions
- Participate in team-based farm operations
- Complete daily production reports
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts (6 days/week)
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Documentation proving legal work authorization
