Responsibilities
- Harvest crops (tomatoes, peppers, strawberries) using proper techniques
- Plant seeds and seedlings according to farm schedules
- Operate basic farm machinery (tractors, irrigation systems) with training
- Maintain field cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with crop maintenance and pest control monitoring
- Follow all H2A program regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - training provided!
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (international applicants)
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to meeting point
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
