Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers) according to quality standards
- Operate basic farm equipment with provided training
- Maintain field cleanliness and organize harvested produce
- Follow all safety protocols and H2A program regulations
- Assist with irrigation system monitoring and basic field maintenance
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations during peak seasons
- Attend mandatory safety and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- No prior farming experience required - we train all new hires
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida's climate (heat, humidity)
- Valid passport and H2A visa eligibility (assistance provided)
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Physical ability to stand/walk 6-8 hours daily
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
