Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack premium-quality vegetables and herbs according to quality standards
- Operate irrigation systems and perform routine field maintenance
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following food safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour shifts with frequent bending/lifting
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime during peak season
