Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, herbs)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and inspection
- Assist with irrigation and field maintenance
- Adhere to food safety and organic farming standards
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Follow supervisor instructions for task assignments
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite (provided)
- Willingness to work flexible hours (early mornings)
- Experience in agriculture preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
