Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack various crops (grapes, almonds, tomatoes)
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Perform field maintenance (weeding, pruning, irrigation)
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Work efficiently in varying weather conditions
- Assist with crop loading and transportation
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligible for H2A sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year experience in crop harvesting
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work 10+ hour days during peak season
