Responsibilities
- Perform manual planting, cultivating, and harvesting of diverse crops including vegetables and fruits
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for harvest
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality control standards
- Assist with crop maintenance activities including pruning, thinning, and pest control
- Work efficiently in varying weather conditions to meet production deadlines
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or sponsorship required
- Minimum 1 year documented experience in commercial agriculture
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic English communication skills for workplace instructions
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
