Responsibilities
- Perform crop harvesting (corn, soybeans, vegetables) using manual and mechanical methods
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Plant, irrigate, and maintain crops according to seasonal schedules
- Inspect and sort produce for quality standards
- Assist with equipment maintenance and repair
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and workplace safety guidelines
- Participate in team-based farm operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Omaha area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
