Responsibilities

- Perform field maintenance tasks (weeding, pruning, irrigation)
- Adhere to safety protocols and food handling standards
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging
- Maintain accurate field records and inventory logs
Qualifications
- Must possess valid H2B visa or be eligible for sponsorship
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation
- Reliable transportation to rural farm locations
- Previous agricultural experience preferred
