Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, irrigation systems) with training
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for harvest
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities
- Follow safety protocols and pesticide handling procedures
- Assist with packing and loading harvested produce
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams under supervisor guidance
Qualifications

- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
