Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of fruits and vegetables according to quality and quantity standards.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in planting, weeding, and general field maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and pesticide application guidelines.
- Load and unload harvested crops onto trucks for transport.
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and rain.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2A visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or farm labor is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical labor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak season.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
