Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including vegetables and fruits
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, irrigation systems) safely and efficiently
- Monitor crop health and perform pest/disease management tasks
- Package and prepare produce for distribution following food safety protocols
- Maintain farm facilities and equipment cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily harvest quotas
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural/farm experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and repetitive tasks
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
