Responsibilities
- Operate tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems (equipment provided)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits)
- Maintain field hygiene and crop quality standards
- Assist with packing and sorting harvested produce
- Follow strict safety protocols for equipment handling
- Report crop conditions and maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship required
- Minimum 6 months prior farm experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts (5 days/week)
- Clean background check and drug-free
- Reliable transportation to Henderson, NV
