Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain provided farming machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops according to quality standards
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures using supplied tools
- Adhere to all safety protocols while handling equipment and chemicals
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packaging operations
- Maintain accurate daily work logs and production reports
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize farming efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa certification with current work authorization
- Minimum 2 years of commercial farming experience
- Ability to operate heavy farm machinery (tractor/harvester certification preferred)
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
