Responsibilities
- Operate tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems provided by the farm
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules
- Maintain farm equipment through daily inspections and minor repairs
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following strict safety protocols
- Monitor crop health and report issues to farm management
- Assist with packing and loading harvested produce
