Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain provided farming equipment (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest diverse crops including apples, grapes, and vegetables
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures under supervision
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packing operations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Participate in team-based farming activities
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for H2A program
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- No prior farming experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to worksite
