Responsibilities
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops
- Maintain field hygiene and crop quality standards
- Assist with greenhouse operations and pest management
- Follow all safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Participate in crop rotation and soil preparation activities
- Document daily work progress and inventory
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
