Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems (equipment provided)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops following safety protocols

- Maintain field cleanliness and organized storage of equipment
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and employer guidelines
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or ability to obtain through employer
- Minimum 6 months prior farm equipment operation experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills (Spanish beneficial)
- Valid driver's license (tractor operation required)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
