Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems) provided by employer
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, berries)
- Maintain crop quality through proper handling and sorting techniques
- Monitor field conditions and report irrigation/pest issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental standards
- Assist in packing and loading harvested produce
- Participate in team training for equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 1 year documented farm experience
- Ability to operate agricultural machinery (training provided)
- Physical stamina for 8-hour outdoor shifts in varying weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
