Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest row crops (grapes, almonds, citrus)
- Perform manual labor including pruning, thinning, and sorting produce
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment sanitation standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Assist with packing and processing operations as needed
- Participate in team-based harvest activities during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year documented experience in agricultural labor
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical examination and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
