Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on farm tasks including planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance
- Operate agricultural machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist with pesticide application following safety protocols
- Complete daily farm logs and reports remotely via secure portal
- Participate in seasonal crop planning meetings virtually
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with supervisors on inventory management remotely
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to undergo sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year verifiable farm experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for remote coordination
- Valid driver's license for farm equipment operation
- Willingness to relocate to on-site housing during peak seasons
- Experience with digital documentation tools (preferred)
