Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers)
- Maintain irrigation systems and field infrastructure
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality control standards
- Participate in daily safety briefings and training sessions
- Assist with crop monitoring and pest management
- Work efficiently in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid passport from H2A-participating country
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor (lifting 50+ lbs)
- Willingness to work 6-8 hour shifts in varying weather
