Responsibilities
- Harvest and sort seasonal crops (chili peppers, cotton, vegetables)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, irrigation systems, harvesters)
- Maintain crop health through planting, pruning, and pest control
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with packing and loading produce for shipment
- Participate in team-based farm maintenance activities
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work 45-50 hours per week in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
