Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting (tomatoes, corn, soybeans) using proper techniques
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain crops according to seasonal schedules
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers under strict safety protocols
- Monitor crop health and report issues to farm supervisors

Qualifications
