Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of crops (chiles, cotton, pecans) per quality standards
- Operate farm equipment including tractors and irrigation systems
- Inspect and sort produce for market readiness
- Maintain field sanitation and safety protocols
- Assist with crop planting and maintenance tasks
- Adhere to all H2A program guidelines and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa certification or eligibility for sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Physical stamina for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
