Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to established agricultural standards.
- Operate agricultural machinery and tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure fields are maintained in optimal condition for maximum yield production.
- Load and unload produce, materials, and supplies using hand tools and basic equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or hold valid US work authorization.
- Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of farm machinery and tools is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be available to start immediately.
