Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, corn, soybeans)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Inspect crops for quality and harvest readiness
- Maintain farm equipment and field cleanliness
- Apply pesticides/fertilizers following safety protocols
- Assist in crop sorting and packing operations
- Adhere to all H2A program guidelines and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status or eligibility for H2A sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months of prior farm/agriculture experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50+ lbs)
- Basic English communication skills
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
