Responsibilities
- Perform planting, cultivation, and harvesting of seasonal crops
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, harvesters)
- Inspect crops for quality and pests
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers per safety protocols
- Package and prepare produce for shipment
- Adhere to all OSHA and agricultural safety standards
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor in all weather
- Basic English communication skills
- 1+ year of agricultural experience preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proof of legal work authorization
