Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain field hygiene and crop quality standards
- Perform manual labor including pruning, weeding, and irrigation

Qualifications
